Our Referral Bonus Scheme rewards existing customers who introduce new paying customers to our haulage services.

For every successful referral, the referring customer will receive a £75 Amazon voucher.
There is no limit to how many customers you can refer.

How It Works

You must be a current or previous paying customer who has successfully purchased and paid for our haulage services.

You refer a new customer to us.

The new customer books and fully pays for a haulage service.

The haulage service must be successfully completed.

Once completed, the referring customer will receive a £75 Amazon voucher.

If the new customer later becomes a paying customer and refers someone else, they will then qualify to participate in the scheme.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • The referrer must have previously purchased and fully paid for our services.
  • Customers who have not paid for our services are not eligible to participate.
  • Referrals must be new customers who have not previously used our services.

Qualifying Referral

A referral qualifies only when:

  • The new customer books a haulage service directly with us.
  • Full payment has been received.
  • The haulage service has been successfully completed.
  • The new customer clearly identifies the referrer at the time of booking.

Reward

  • A £75 Amazon voucher will be issued to the referring customer only.
  • Rewards are issued per completed, qualifying referral.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals.
  • Vouchers will be issued within 14 days of successful service completion.

B2B And B2C

  • This scheme applies to both business customers (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).
  • In the case of B2B referrals, vouchers will be issued to the named individual contact unless otherwise agreed.

Restrictions

  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • Referrals must be genuine third-party customers.
  • We reserve the right to withhold rewards where fraud, misuse, or bad faith is suspected.
  • The referral cannot be combined with any other referral promotion unless stated otherwise.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time.
  • Any changes will not affect referrals already confirmed and completed prior to amendment.

Non-Transferable

  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
